Private beta. Quiet Search is currently in a private, invite-only beta. Access may be limited or revoked at any time. Features, pricing, and policies may change before general availability.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quiet Search, a job search automation tool operated at quietsearch.app. By creating an account or using Quiet Search, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Quiet Search is

Quiet Search is a personal productivity tool that automatically scans publicly available job postings at AI and SaaS companies, scores your fit against your profile, and helps you manage your job search pipeline. Quiet Search is designed for individual personal use — one user, one search.

Quiet Search is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employment service. It does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific outcome from your search.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Quiet Search. By signing in, you represent that this is true.

During the private beta, access is limited to invited users. Creating accounts for other people or using Quiet Search on behalf of a company or third party is not permitted without prior written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Quiet Search uses AI models (Groq, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate cover letters, outreach messages, interview prep, and job fit analysis. This content is:

Quiet Search scans publicly available job listings from third-party sources (Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn, etc.). We do not create or verify job listings. Jobs in Quiet Search may be:

You own your data — your profile, resume text, job pipeline, notes, and contacts. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. We do not claim any rights over content you create in Quiet Search.

Quiet Search is provided as-is during the beta period. We do not guarantee uptime, specific feature availability, or that the service will continue to exist in its current form.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Quiet Search is limited to the amount you have paid to use Quiet Search in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is $0).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Quiet Search evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Quiet Search after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
